Your report stays with us.

What we collect

The report form on the Land Owners page asks for your name, a phone number, who you are, where the problem is, what kind of problem it is and what happened. Email is optional. With each report we also keep the internet address it came from and the type of browser used, so we can stop junk and repeat submissions.

This site sets no cookies and runs no ad trackers. We count anonymous page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

To look into what you reported and get back to you. Your report is saved in our own records system, and an alert with the report comes to our inbox. We do not add anyone to a mailing list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell it or rent it. A few companies handle it so the site can work. Railway hosts this site and our records system. Our email runs on Microsoft 365, which carries the alert to our inbox. The typeface on this site loads from Google Fonts, so Google sees that your browser asked for it.

You do not have to use the form. Everything it asks can be said by phone at (210) 944-8870 or by email to info@caprockog.com. To see what we have from you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email info@caprockog.com.
